Submission Guidelines

Latest CSi5 2026 submission and publication instructions based on the updated website brief.

Please note: Detailed submission instructions, templates, and the official online submission link will be announced and made available on the official CSi5 2026 website in due course.
  1. 📄 Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  2. 🌐 Papers must be written in English and aligned with the conference themes.
  3. 📝 Submissions must follow the format required for the chosen publication route. Book chapters should follow the specific book chapter format, and journal papers must follow the format required by the selected journal.
  4. 🔎 All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Technical and Review Committee.
  5. 📢 Accepted authors are required to register, make full payment before the conference, and present either physically or online. Otherwise, the paper will not be published and the author cannot present.
  6. 📁 The paper template and official online submission link will be announced on the conference website.

Publication Templates

Publication instructions remain aligned with the previous CSi website concept.

Use the appropriate journal or manuscript format according to your intended publication route. Where needed, confirm the latest template version with the secretariat.
